Ownership in Caring Communities offers an incentivized opportunity that contrasts other annual insurance plans. Our Members are proud to be both owners and policyholders of the insurance company that provides their professional, general and excess liability insurance. Members "invest in" and "own" the insurance company exclusively with other not-for-profit Senior Housing Community Care and Service Providers. They have common interests, commitments and incentives, and share in company profits, based upon performance. Members work together through risk management initiatives to provide the safest environments and practices for their residents and employees.
